Dissolve 60 g of malt extract, 20 g of dessicated ox bile,10 ml of Tween 40, 2.5 g of glycerol monooleate, 0.5 g of chloramphenicoland 0.5 g cycloheximide in 1 liter of demineralized water,adjust the pH to 6.0 6.5 and then add 15 g of agar. Sterilize byautoclaving at 115°C for 15 min.
